Computing

In a rapidly developing technological world, we understand the need to provide our children with the skills required to be confident when working with a wide range of technology. We want children to leave Stanbridge Lower School, prepared for the ever-changing digital world; knowing how to use a range of technology confidently, responsibly and safely. 

We use the Teach Computing Curriculum units of work created by the National Centre for Computing Education, which covers the following areas:

  • Computing Systems & Networks
  • Creating Media
  • Programming
  • Data & Information
  • Online Safety
