From time to time, parents and others connected with the school may become aware of matters which cause them concern. If any parent or member of the school community is unhappy with any aspect of school life please feel free to come in and discuss this with the following members of staff, who will endeavour to resolve your complaint:
- Your child’s class teacher
- Family Liaison Officer: Mrs Felstead
- Assistant Head Teacher: Ms Harris
- Senior Teachers: Mrs Yarnell & Mrs Brewer
- Headteacher: Miss Gooding

The policy and procedures have been devised with the intention that it will:
- Usually be possible to resolve problems by informal means
- Provide confidentiality
- Allow problems to be handled swiftly and be non-adversarial
- Inform future practice so that the problem is unlikely to occur again
