Welcome to Year 4
Mrs Roe and Mrs Lacy-Taylor are our class teachers. Mrs Johnson and Mrs Greenacre are volunteers, who also help us in class.
Year 4 is an inspiring place to learn with motivating topics and challenges . Children have a variety of wider curriculum opportunities to look forward to such as swimming, Bikeability training, learning to play the ukulele and an overnight residential visit to Grafham Water.

Forest School
Children in Year 4 go to Forest School every week during the Autumn term and then ad hoc visits during the Spring/Summer term. When children attend Forest School, we ask that children bring old, comfortable clothes and wellies to change into. We have all in one wet suits if needed and we ask that the children leave their wellies in school for any impromptu visits to our woodland area. Have a look to see what we get up to:

Class Gallery
Year 4 had a STEAM learning workshop led by Amazon. The children worked in pairs to practise their coding skills. They did this by first following instructions to build a bus then they had to use the iPad to programme the bus to stop at different bus stops.
