Reflections of an Ofsted Inspector

Dear Miss Godwin,

I’m sending a note of thanks for hosting us earlier this week.

You and your colleagues provided so much for us to think about regarding the next steps in the project and teacher development as a whole.

Thanks, as well, for the warmth that you showed us. The school’s values showed through in all that you and your colleagues did for us in preparation and during our visit today. A personal (non-inspection 😊) reflection I had on leaving the school was how much love and care for each other was at the heart of what you do – thank you for sharing it with us!

Wishing you well,

Al
