From time to time parents and others connected with the school may become aware of matters which cause them concern. If any parent is unhappy with any aspect of school life please feel free to come in and discuss this with your child’s class teacher or with the Head Teacher who will endeavour to resolve your complaint.

The policy and procedures have been devised with the intention that it will:
- Usually be possible to resolve problems by informal means
- Provide confidentiality
- Allow problems to be handled swiftly and be non-adversarial
- Inform future practice so that the problem is unlikely to occur again
