From time to time parents and others connected with the school may become aware of matters which cause them concern. If any parent is unhappy with any aspect of school life please feel free to come in and discuss this with the following members of staff, who will endeavour to resolve your complaint:
- Your child’s class teacher
- Family Liaison Officer: Mrs Davies
- Deputy Head Teacher: Mrs Golby
- Headteacher: Miss Gooding
To encourage resolution of such situations the Governing Body has a Complaints Policy which can be found here and also on our policy page. If you require a paper copy, please contact the school office: Complaints Policy & Procedure
The policy and procedures have been devised with the intention that it will:
- Usually be possible to resolve problems by informal means
- Provide confidentiality
- Allow problems to be handled swiftly and be non-adversarial
- Inform future practice so that the problem is unlikely to occur again
