Just before the Easter Holiday the BFGs, Year 3 English group wrote a letter each to Julia Donaldson, author of The Gruffalo and Room on the Broom etc. The children were thrilled this week to receive a hand written note from Julia who answered a couple of their questions, including that she is writing new books, due for release later in the year, and does enjoy a sugar in her tea first thing in the morning!   Here is the group photo we sent along with the hand written letters.
