The Student Council held their first meeting of the year today and though about the fundraising activities they could do. They have organised a Christmas Jumper Day and the money raised from this will be used for a future project that they will be deciding on in the near future.

The Year 4 children all brought their bikes to school today and spent the afternoon learning about how to cycle safely on roads and how their bike works. It was a very informative afternoon where everyone learnt something new.
We held a cake sale to raise money for the ABS Soldiers Charity. We raised an amazing £181 at the cake sale and we would like to thank everyone for their generous contributions whether it was through donating cakes or purchasing them to enjoy. The charity will benefit from your generosity.

A group of children and Mrs Turney went off to take part in the Tag Rugby tournament. The children had great fun putting into practice their knowledge and competitive skills. As usual our children played with good team spirit, put their best foot forward and did us proud. Well done .
